Our Training Program
Trinity Group Resources has invested thousands of hours in research and development in what we believe to be the best training and education for Insurance Agents, perfected by over twenty years of insurance experience.
Individuals who are inspired and committed will greatly benefit from this course. Training lasts for two weeks and includes a three day classroom training followed by a mandatory one week experience in the field. By studying and applying the principles outlined in our training program, our agents have all the skills and tools at their fingertips to meet and surpass their goals. Couple this with a desire to change and a commitment to make a difference and you will see your sales increase.
Lead Program
This program is an incentive to our agents and is based on production. Our Lead Program is fair and balanced (99% of our agents have never paid a penny for their leads). In addition, our agents have shown a 50% closing ratio while using these leads.
To qualify for these leads, the following must be accomplished:
- Attend a 3 day training school
- Fulfill all classroom training
- Take all mandatory insurance tests for insurance license
- Spend a week in the field working with a trainer
- Learn how to set appointments
- Must maintain minimum premium per lead requirements
- Complete 5 presentations

We are currently licensed in 11 states and we strive to continue to grow and expand. By gaining more agents who work hard and care about others, our goal is to be nationwide by the year 2016 and be listed as a Fortune 500 company!
